Our customers and visitors enjoy access to concierge services by members of the shop crew who are particularly interested in providing specialised assistance. We understand that sometimes there are questions that can’t be answered by a recorded message or website search. Often a customer just needs someone to point the way or provide reassurance about something they aren’t completely certain about. And sometimes things don’t always go as planned, and that requires the attention and time to work through a solution.
All Zig Zag Railway members like to exceed our customers’ expectations, and our Visitor Services Representatives are passionate about providing quality individual customer service at all times.
