Do I need a ticket to enter?
Festival entry is free! But most attractions are pay-per-play. Steam train tickets and All-Access Passes must be pre-purchased online.
Is it suitable for all ages?
Yes! From toddlers to grandparents – this is a family winter festival built for everyone.
Can I pay with cash?
Zig Zag Railway is a cashless facility. This is for the safety of their volunteers. You can purchase tickets online and we accept payment on-site using EFTPOS (debit/credit cards) at various locations. No cash will be accepted on-site.
